Ultimate Resources is a small privately held company. We were conceptualized in January of 2007 in the State of Florida. Our headquarters is located in Pensacola, Florida. We are a multi-disciplined company specializing in computer service, web site design, consulting, and networking solutions. Our primary customers are the home user and small to medium size businesses. Our company provides a single source for developing a high quality, affordable and effective web site presence, computer and network support to our customers.

We at Ultimate Resources are pleased to present RHUB Web Conference, Remote Support, Remote Access support service.

In the past we have used Microsoft LiveMeeting and WebEx. We found that when we scheduled a remote desktop session, meeting or training, many clients had a difficult time getting connected for one reason or another.

At times we found that we spent more time troubleshooting connectivity issues than supporting our clients or training them. ... RHUB is much easier to use than our previous providers. We just provide our clients a URL for the support or training session and we are able to start.

There’s a small application that auto-launches the client’s and if it fails there of course you can download it directly to your system and launched from there.

What we provide is secure remote desktop support for PC’s and Servers, unattended remote support of up to 1,000 PC’s, collaborative multi-tiered tech support, file transfers, recording, remote printing, remote reboot and mini web conference and of course online training.
